The new owners of this Grade II Listed property wanted the house to be sensitively extended and updated.

The old galley kitchen was relocated into the second reception room, which was opened up to the terraced landscaped garden beyond. During the works an historic oak frame was discovered that was renovated and exposed along with an old cellar which was uncovered and has now been renovated and is used for storage. All the planning applications were undertaken with close liaison and agreement with the conservation department of the local authority.
