Our clients were looking to create a modern house that took full advantage of the magnificent location and views overlooking the Helford Passage.

Mitchell Evans were appointed to undertake the complete refurbishment of an existing 1980’s house, which had been designed in a ‘medieval’ pastiche style.

Due to the sloping nature of the site, the property has an upside down arrangement with the principal reception rooms and kitchen/breakfast room arranged across the rear of the property at first floor level, provided with large areas of glazing, whilst the guest bedroom suites and a hobby room are located at lower ground floor level. The master bedroom suite is located within a partial loft conversion which also has the benefit of the wonderful views.
