I’m a 2nd degree black belt and qualified instructor in ITF Tae Kwon do. (now retired due to injury).
I studied at Richmond upon Thames College from 1988 to 1992 with experience gained through full time employment to pass my professional qualifications in 2013.
My first job was with an architectural practice between 1998 and 1999, I had a business between 1998 and 2002 but closed this due to injury, I then worked with a developer and then an architects in Guildford, before coming to ME
The most technically challenging project I worked on was a bespoke contemporary house, it was a steel framed zinc clad building with cantilevered floors, the challenge was to produce the design concept using traditional and modern materials to utilize the contractors skill base
I really like gaudi’s casa mila, it’s so unique and completely different. I like the Lloyds building in London, its not to everyones taste but I appreciate the complexity of it on a technical level, and this was the driving force of its design. I also like Frank Lloyds Wrights work, he doesn’t have a standard solution to architectural problems, from fallingwater to Guggenheim shows his range of skill in design and material use.
I’ve been in the industry 31 years and with ME 11.
Happy, healthy and inspirational to my kids
I’ve always loved animals and wanted to be a vet, that and being spiderman!!
