• Tell us something about you that not many people know?

  I’ve been playing gigs as a drummer since I was 11 years old.

• Where and what did you study to get yourself where you are today?

  I studied at the Portsmouth School of Architecture for all parts of my qualification, picking up the RIBA Hampshire Degree Prize for Best Integrated Design 2018 along the way.

• Where have you worked previously?

  I previously worked as a self-employed joiner/carpenter around the south coast and on the IOW.

• What is the most interesting/exciting/unusual project you have worked on to date?

  A contemporary, new build custom family dwelling on the IOW.

• What is your favourite building, it can be anywhere in the universe?

  I really enjoy the work of Assemble Studio, specifically ‘The Playing Field’ and ‘Yardhouse’

• How long have you been working in this industry / how long have you worked at MELLP?

  I’ve worked in the construction industry since 2013, and worked for Mitchell Evans Architects since 2016

• What do you want to be when you grow up / what did the ‘6 year old’ you want to be when you grew up?

  I either wanted to be a chef, a carpenter or to draw comics!
