• Tell us something about you that not many people know?

  I play bass guitar for my local church band.

• Where and what did you study to get yourself where you are today?

  Life in all its ups and downs ….. the last qualifications I achieved were A levels in 1979!!! But you never stop learning.

• Where have you worked previously?

  I worked for two Architects practices in South and South West London for about 16 years and then a local developer for over 9 years, and finally I joined Mitchell Evans in the spring of 2007. That’s a lot of years…..

• What is the most interesting/exciting/unusual project you have worked on to date?

  A small recording studio on the banks of the river Thames, near Hampton Court Palace, for Dave Gilmour of Pink Floyd, sadly not built.

• What is your favourite building, it can be anywhere in the universe?

  Sagrada Familia, Barcelona

• How long have you been working in this industry / how long have you worked at MELLP?

  Nearly 38 years & 12 years respectively – Lifer!

• What do you want to be when you grow up / what did the ‘6 year old’ you want to be when you grew up?

  I have no recollection of ever being 6 years old!! But when I was 10/11 years old I wanted to an architect or a surgeon.
