Tell us something about you that not many people know.
I bought a 1980 mini when I was 18 and I’m still driving it now.
Where and what did you study to get yourself where you are today?
I started higher education in 2019 studying business then transferred to The University of Portsmouth during the pandemic to study Architecture.
What is your favourite building? (It can be anywhere in the universe)
Maggie’s Yorkshire, is a building that responds to holistic requirements of its users through material and programme. Maggie’s Yorkshire exemplifies the Architecture of hope and is aspirational.
How long have you been working in this industry / how long have you worked at MELLP?
I’m starting my career at Mitchell Evans after finishing my undergraduate degree in Architecture. I started working at ME part time after a short stint of work experience which helped me explore professional practice whilst studying.
What do you want to be when you grow up / what did the ‘6 year old’ you want to be when you grew up?
When I was six, I wanted to open the batting for England.
