Our clients were keen for the house to more closely reflect the typical Surrey vernacular and thereby improve the appearance of the property.

The project comprised of the addition of a two storey side extension and a single storey rear extension to a dated 1960’s detached house along with the comprehensive refurbishment and remodelling of the existing accommodation.

The new extensions allowed the creation of a large open plan kitchen/breakfast/family room opening onto new terraces, whilst at first floor level a new master bedroom suite was created. The refurbishment works included new windows throughout, rendering the original brickwork at ground floor level and adding plain clay tile hanging to the walls above. A new oak framed porch was provided to the front of the property.
