The clubhouse required completely updating to meet the modern day demands of its members.

The building was redesigned internally to provide contemporary open plan bar and dining areas. Extensive structural alterations were undertaken including the relocation of the kitchen to enable it to efficiently serve the new facilities. The works also included modest external alterations including re-modelling the main entrance to the clubhouse and construction of a fully glazed extension to enlarge the new dining room. The project was delivered on time and on budget whilst maintaining club house facilities for all its members throughout the contract.
