Close liaison with the charity ensured that the design exactly met their specific needs.

The site which is located on a prominent corner on the edge of a Conservation Area, was purchased by a Maltese children’s charity which provides accommodation for families of sick children whilst receiving treatment in the Royal Marsden hospital.  The accommodation comprises of twelve self-contained flats with an additional communal living area and has been designed to complement and reflect the architecture present in the locality.  The building benefits from solar hot water and has a sustainable irrigation system that keeps the maintenance of the grounds to a minimum.
