The project consisted of a new neo-Georgian house with accommodation centred around a full height octagonal atrium arranged over four floors.

The house comprised six ensuite bedrooms, a large kitchen/family room, sitting and dining rooms, playroom and study plus a games room, wine store and cinema within the basement which was designed to have access to the rear garden. Phase two of the project involved the design and construction of a new indoor swimming pool complex extension that was internally linked to the kitchen. The pool measured 12x5m and the extension included a changing room, sauna and steam room.
