This project comprised the conversion of an existing open undercroft area of a substantial Chelsea mansion block

Along with the remodelling and refurbishment of the reception/concierge facilities the new luxury apartment comprised an open plan kitchen/dining/sitting room with small external terrace, a spacious double bedroom and ensuite and a separate cloakroom. The new staff/concierge facilities included a refitted reception area, an office, post and laundry rooms, plus a small canteen and toilets.
