Partial refurbishment of Grade II listed house dating back to the 16th Century, set on the banks of the Wey River in a large country estate, with a ‘river room’ forming the bank of the river. Part of the works involved providing waterproofing and flood mitigation to the basement adjacent to the river which regularly flooded prior to the works being undertaken. We also converted the oak framed barn and adjoining outbuilding into a vaulted gym and entertainment space for the family.
